The Royal Menagerie
The climactic battle against Shinryu, the great wyrm merged with Zenos yae Galvus. This fight takes place on a square platform with no railings—falling off means death.
Shinryu
Phase 1

| Tidal Wave | Knockback | A water spout appears on the arena edge. Move close to it to avoid being knocked off. Creates water puddles that give Fire Resist Up but Lightning Resist Down. |
| Hellfire | Raidwide | Raid-wide damage that applies Burns. Stand in water puddles to reduce damage and prevent the burn debuff. |
| Judgment Bolt | Raidwide | Raid-wide lightning damage. Avoid standing in water puddles as they increase lightning damage taken. |
| Akh Morn | Tankbuster | Multi-hit tankbuster targeting the two highest enmity players. Tanks should stack together and use cooldowns. |
| Hypernova | Stack | Marks one player with a stack marker. Party stacks to share damage. |
| Spikecycles | AoE | Alternating line AoE attacks across the arena. |
| Earth Breath | Cleave | Marks two players with cone attacks. Marked players can group in a corner to minimize area affected. |
| Ice Storm | Raidwide | Mild raid-wide AoE damage. |
Notes: The Corrupted Aether gauge fills throughout the fight, triggering primal-based attacks. Pay attention to puddle placement for fire vs. lightning attacks.
Phase 2 (Add Phase)

| Protostar | Raidwide | High-damage raid attack after all adds are defeated. Healers prepare. |
| Active Time Maneuver | Enrage | Button-mash sequence required to survive. |
Notes: Kill adds quickly between each wave. Failing the Active Time Maneuver is a wipe.
Phase 3

| Line Attack | AoE | Large line attack across the arena. Move to one of two safe corners. |
| Tail Slap | AoE | Marks arena tiles with line attacks. Destroys tiles on second hit—manage your platform space. |
| Burning Chains | Spread | Two players are marked with chains. Run away from each other to break them. |
| Levin Bolt | Spread | Marked players spread away from others to avoid splash damage. |
Notes: Manage arena space carefully as Tail Slap can destroy tiles. Prioritize not falling off the shrinking platform.
