Mount Ordeals (Extreme)
Mount Ordeals (Extreme) is the Extreme version of the Rubicante trial, unlocked by speaking to the Wandering Minstrel in Old Sharlayan after completing the 6.3 MSQ “Desires Untold.” This fight features complex rotational ring mechanics that require careful observation and pre-positioning.

Pre-Fight Setup
Split into two light parties taking East/West sides. Pair each DPS in quadrants using color-coded markers (ABCD on cardinals, 1234 on intercardinals) with assigned clock positions.
Phase 1 - Ring Mechanics

Phase 2 - Add Phase

Ordeal of Purgation Tips
The ring mechanic is the core challenge:
- Identify which lines will activate which runes
- Watch for ring rotation arrows and direction
- Position in the safe zone before Penance roots you
- Second cast always involves rotation—calculate the new trajectory

- Ordeal of Purgation repeats multiple times with increasing complexity.
- The rotation direction of the rings is indicated by arrows—watch carefully.
- During add phase, prioritize the Greater Flamesent while dodging mechanics.
- Save mitigation for the uncloaked phase as damage ramps up significantly.
