Light vs Dark (Core Mechanic)

Watch the boss’s staff to determine attack patterns:

Darkness Charge:

  • Divisive Ruling line AoE pulses outward
  • Move inside immediately after the initial explosion

Light Charge:

  • Divisive Ruling line AoE expands outward
  • Move left or right to dodge the expanding line

Dark and Light (Circle Mechanic)

Critical positioning mechanic:

  1. Two circles appear on east and west sides
  2. Players receive debuffs - either light or dark
  3. Stand in opposite color - light debuff players go to dark circle, vice versa
  4. Wrong circle = damage + vulnerability
  5. Emissary’s Will: Anyone outside correct circle dies instantly
  6. Circles are removed after Emissary’s Will resolves

Fight Flow

The encounter follows a pattern:

  1. Opens with Eunomia (raidwide + bleed)
  2. Three sets of Divisive Ruling (alternating light and dark)
  3. Another Eunomia
  4. Dark and Light circle mechanics begin
  5. Pattern repeats with increasing complexity

Tips

  • Watch the staff glow to identify light or dark charge
  • For dark Divisive Ruling: move in after explosion
  • For light Divisive Ruling: move sideways to avoid expansion
  • Track your debuff color and go to opposite circle
  • Healers prepare for Eunomia’s bleed DoT with sustained healing
  • Emissary’s Will is fatal if positioned wrong - prioritize correct placement
